These Terms govern your use of Res-Q Space apps, website (https://www.res-q.space), and related services. By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Res-Q Space provides airport-related guides, lessons, checklists, compare tools, and an AI travel coach. Content is for general travel preparation. It is not official advice from airports, airlines, or governments. Always verify security, customs, visa, and operational rules with official sources before you travel.
You may sign in with Google and/or Sign in with Apple (where available). You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account as described at https://www.res-q.space/account-deletion.
Optional Premium features may require a subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, renewals, and cancellation are controlled by the store. Deleting your Res-Q Space account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel in store settings.
App software, branding, and curated content belong to Res-Q Space or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
The service is provided “as is.” Airport rules change. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular trip. We are not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, or losses arising from reliance on the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Res-Q Space’s total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you used only free features).
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
