Account deletion

Res-Q Space lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how deletion works for App Store, Google Play, and web users.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Res-Q Space and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Danger zone.
4. Tap Delete your account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate for your account login. Local data on your device (saved airports, wallet preferences, and coach history) is cleared when you delete your account or sign out after deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Include the subject line Account deletion request. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Account profile (name, email, avatar)
• Saved favorites, search history, and wallet preferences synced to our servers
• Subscription linkage stored on our backend (billing history may remain with Apple or Google)

What may be retained

• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (typically up to 7 years)
• Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
• Support correspondence you send us until the request is resolved

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in your device subscription settings before or after account deletion to avoid future charges.
